Pick-ups
- We do not allow pick-ups because we are an online store that exclusively delivers.
Shipping
- Your order's shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
- Orders are shipped directly from our Queensland warehouse.
Within 1 to 2 business days, orders are processed (excluding weekends and holidays)
- All orders are sent with a signature requirement.
- When your order has delivered, you will receive an email notification with the courier tracking number.
Delivery
- Please expect delivery delays as a result of courier staff shortages and high shipment volumes affecting courier operations.
- Please keep in mind that we have no control over how different courier providers process shipments or schedule deliveries.
- Please contact the courier company directly with any delivery questions.
- Please contact us if you have not received your order within 7 days of getting your shipping confirmation email, and we will investigate.
Acceptance of Goods
- Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and notify us of any issues.
- Our Returns and refunds policy lasts 14 days. After 14 days of receipt of goods, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
